Have you noticed the homeless of Wake County? Sometimes, what feels like an omnipresence amplifies the challenge to compassionately acknowledge these children of God who struggle – often through no fault of their own – to be off the streets. Raleigh Rescue Mission (RRM), White Memorial’s 2025 Major Mission Partner, is actively challenging the status quo of that blight by building a new $25 million facility in Knightdale. This specific location will be for women and children, augmenting the current facility in downtown Raleigh that will transition to housing for men only. By 2027 RRM expects to assist 2,500+ individuals experiencing situational homelessness in Wake County! Lauren LaPlante, Campaign Manager for RRM will share how to become an appreciated supporter of this important project. We thank Lilies of the Field circle for hosting.

PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN’S PROJECT FOR MARCH
Throughout March and into April PW is collaborating with churchwide Outreach to prepare Easter baskets. Baskets contain a list of items from which to select to fill. Choose one or several baskets in Ross Building and return to the same location on or before Sunday, April 6.
