T’ai Chi is a gentle art that is physically rewarding and mentally stimulating, and brings a feeling of well-being, as well as relaxation, improved balance, and coordination. Classes resume Monday May 17, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in Pickard Hall. Classes will run every Monday (except May 31, July 5, August 2, and August 16) through the summer. Social distancing will be observed.
