For Youth 6th-12th Grade*
Whether it’s dealing with the stress of the pandemic, friendships, school, or just being a teenager, encountering life’s “bumps in the road” can be rough. Staying healthy means thinking about not just our physical health, but our mental health, too. Come learn skills for coping and taking care of your mental health during these COVID times and beyond. We’ll gather separately as middle schoolers and high schoolers to hear from some experts in mental health and spend time talking in small groups. This event is open for all youth 6th-12th grade! Please invite your children, grandchildren, or any other students in your life. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
*If parents are interested in having their 5th grade students attend, 5th graders are welcome to join the middle school gathering. However, please know that the content will be tailored specifically for middle school students.
