Community Partners Work Together
On May 23, 2023, White Memorial hosted an event to serve our StepUp Ministry families. Note in the Pocket held a free shopping event to clothe family members. The No Woman, No Girl Initiative, a non-profit with the mission to provide hope, essentials and education to women and girls in the Triangle area was also at the event and provided hygiene essentials to StepUp participants, and Read and Feed, whose mission is to strengthen literacy skills among underserved elementary school children, shared books with the children of StepUp.
