Youth Ministry

Welcome White Memorial Youth!

Within White Memorial Presbyterian Church Youth Ministries, we have a goal to bring young people together in a life of faith, action and fellowship, and address spiritual, emotional, and social needs unique to youth. We want to create a safe and nurturing space for teenagers to gather together and share their joys and concerns with each other and with caring adults.

With everything we do, we hope that both youth and adults will be able to build meaningful relationships with each other and with God. We work to provide opportunities to serve our God through mission work and service projects to become better disciples of Christ. Through worship and conversation we explore our faith and equip the youth with what it takes to live a Christ-filled life.

Our desire is that everyone involved with this ministry might encounter Christ so that all of us may grow in fellowship together and in discipleship to God.

Monthly Rhythm

First Sunday of the Month:

Presbyterian Youth Connection (PYC) from 5:00-7:00p.m. in Pickard Hall.
We will eat dinner together ($5 per person), play games, build community, and grow in faith.

Second Sunday of the Month:
Impact Groups. These are small groups that meet all over Raleigh.
Impact Group locations, hosts, and leaders can be found in our newsletter and facebook groups. If you have questions, please email Deb Smith.

Third Sunday of the Month:
Presbyterian Youth Connection (PYC) from 5:00-7:00p.m. in Pickard Hall.
We are back together eating dinner ($5 per person), playing games, building community, and growing in faith.

Fourth Sunday of the Month:
Sabbath Sunday.
We encourage families to keep this 5:00-7:00p.m. time set apart to spend together, especially in our busy, frantic culture. We email out a family devotion to use through our youth eNewsletter.
