Yoga

Chair Yoga - Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. in C200

The current session meets through September 19 (optional make-up day October 3)
Taught by Margie Mould.
The class is $40 or $8 for drop-in (cash).

Yoga for Exercise - Tuesdays from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. in C100. 

New session starts September 11 and meets through December 18.
No class on 10/30 or 11/20.
Taught by Beth Robinson.
Eight week class is $40, or $8 drop in (cash). Fee is paid directly to the instructor.

Fit After Fifty

Fit after Fifty - Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in Pickard Hall.

Gentle aerobic exercise
Current session runs September 4 through December 28.
No class 10/30, 11/23, or 12/25.

T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi for Exercise: Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in Pickard Hall

A gentle art that is physically rewarding and mentally stimulating, T'ai Chi (as seen performed by groups in parks around the world) brings you a feeling of well-being, as well as relaxation, improved balance and coordination. You may begin at any class; please sign up for a minimum of 8 weeks. T'ai Chi is recommended for those age 14 and up. Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Pickard Hall (adults)

On October 15 we will meet in C200.
No class on 12/24.

On September 13 and November 1 we will meet in Pickard Hall.
No class on 11/22.
Taught by Honey Music.
