Yoga

Chair Yoga - Wednesdays, 10 - 11 a.m. in C200

T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi for Exercise - Mondays and Thursdays

A gentle art that is physically rewarding and mentally stimulating, T'ai Chi (as seen performed by groups in parks around the world) brings you a feeling of well-being, as well as relaxation, improved balance and coordination. You may begin at any class; please sign up for a minimum of 8 weeks. T'ai Chi is recommended for those age 14 and up. Mondays, 5:30-6:45 p.m. (adults)
The winter session runs January 7-March 18 in Pickard Hall.
No class on 1/21.
A single-class session will be held on March 25 in C200.
The spring session runs April 1-May 20 in Pickard Hall.

There is no fee for this class.

Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (seniors and adults)
