Exercise Classes

Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 a.m. in C100.  The class runs through 12/13/16, except 10/18 and 11/22. Taught by Beth Robinson.

Thursdays 6:00-7:00 p.m. in C200. The class runs 9/15/16-11/17/16. Taught by Cindy Goins.

Chair Yoga - Margie Mould will teach the class on Wednesday mornings for eight weeks from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in room C200. Two sessions will be offered:
    Session 1, Feb. 1 - March 29 (NO CLASS on March 22)
    Session 2, April 5 - May 24

The cost for the eight week class is $40, or $8 drop in (cash). To register, contact Beth Robinson or Cindy Goins.

You may begin at any class; please sign up for a minimum of 8 weeks. T'ai Chi is recommended for those age 14 and up.Classes run year-round.
