He will be speaking about his family's challenges in daily living, human rights concerns, and peace building efforts. Rev. Dr. Mae Elise Cannon, executive director of Churches for Middle East Peace will relate the mission of her organization in peace and reconciliation efforts and working with the US government policy makers to promote a just and lasting peace. The White Memorial Middle East Peace with Justice Committee is co-sponsoring this event. We recommend this event as an informative way to learn more about issues in the Middle East. View this video from the Nasser farm. It is titled "We refuse to be enemies".
